What you agree to, what an advertiser agrees to

Terms of Use

These terms cover three parties who never meet: the reader, the advertiser who supplied a listing, and the directory that publishes it. Each has a different set of obligations, and the most important one is that the directory is not a party to whatever the other two arrange.

Content reviewed

Adults only, and the law where you are

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. Every person depicted in a public listing is required to be an adult, and a listing that cannot satisfy that requirement does not get published. An adults-only label is not a legal opinion: what is lawful varies by jurisdiction and by conduct, and the reader remains responsible for the law that applies where they are and for what they actually do.

What the directory does

The service is publication and retrieval. Advertisers supply structured records — district, availability, description, languages, physical details, rates, photographs, video — and the site renders those records, sorts them, and lets a reader narrow them down across Hong Kong's eighteen districts and the service tags attached to each listing. Contact details belong to the advertiser and are passed through, not brokered.

What publication establishes, and what it does not

A listing appearing publicly means it cleared four internal gates: it is recorded as a woman, it is attached to Hong Kong, its publication state is live, and its moderation and legal review both came back approved. That is a real and checkable statement about process. It is not a statement about the world. Publication does not establish that a person's identity is what the listing says, that a photograph is current, that availability holds today, that rates have not changed, that the conduct described will be offered, or that any of it is lawful where you are. Those are questions to settle with the advertiser before anything else happens, which is the whole subject of the safety limits before contact .

What you agree not to do

  • Probe, scan or attempt to reach administrative interfaces, other users' data or any part of the system not published for readers.
  • Scrape, mirror, resell or bulk-extract listings, photographs or video, whether by hand or by automated agent.
  • Impersonate the directory, its staff or an advertiser, or claim an affiliation, partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
  • Threaten, harass, stalk, defraud, coerce or expose the private information of anybody you find here.
  • Treat a published listing as consent. A listing advertises availability to be contacted; it is not agreement to any particular act, at any particular time, with any particular person.

What an advertiser agrees to

Submitting a listing is a set of warranties, not a form. The advertiser warrants that every depicted person is an adult, that each of them has consented to publication in this directory, that the advertiser holds the rights to every photograph and video supplied, that the descriptive facts are accurate at the time of submission, and that the listing complies with the law that applies to it. Rates shown are the advertiser's own reference figures. Misrepresenting any of this is grounds for immediate removal, and the fuller version lives on the page on getting listed .

Removal, suspension and moderation decisions

A listing, a photograph, a video or a review can be removed or hidden at any time — for a rights complaint, a safety report, an accuracy problem, a legal instruction, or a breach of the rules above. Moderation is a judgement made by people, applied to the material in front of them, and it is deliberately weighted towards removing something questionable rather than leaving it up while a dispute runs. Removal is not an accusation and reinstatement is not an endorsement.

Where responsibility sits

Content on a listing originates with the advertiser who supplied it. The directory publishes it, moderates it and removes it when there is cause, but does not verify identity, supervise conduct, escrow money, or take part in anything arranged off-site. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or safety advice. To the extent the applicable law allows, the directory's responsibility is limited to operating the publication service described on this page.

Data, and changes to these terms

What browsing records and what a submission stores are set out in full under what a visit records . These terms change when the service changes; the version you are reading is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change is how acceptance is expressed.
