How this directory works, and what it refuses to do

About this directory

Hong Kong Escort is an independent directory of women's escort listings across all eighteen Hong Kong districts. Every public listing is a record supplied by an advertiser that cleared four gates before publication, and nothing on it is invented to fill a gap.

What this directory is

Hong Kong Escort publishes escort listings for Hong Kong and gives readers the means to narrow them down: by district, by whether an advertiser works incall, outcall or online, and by the services a listing declares. Advertisers supply the records; the site organises, moderates and presents them. That division of labour is the whole design, and everything below follows from it.

The four gates a listing clears

Publication is not automatic and not instant. A record becomes a public listing only when all four of these hold at once: it is recorded as a woman, it is attached to Hong Kong, its publication state is live rather than draft, and its moderation and legal review have both come back approved. A record failing any one of them stays out of the public directory entirely — it is not published quietly, ranked lower or shown with a caveat. Most records in the system at any moment are sitting in draft or awaiting moderation, and that is the intended state of affairs rather than a backlog.

What you can compare, and why those axes

Hong Kong is small in area and unforgiving in travel time, so district is the axis that decides most searches. All eighteen official districts are covered separately — from Central and Western, Wan Chai and Yau Tsim Mong through to Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and the Islands — rather than collapsed into a vague notion of "Hong Kong". On top of that, listings carry availability categories for incall, outcall and online, a set of service tags, nationality and ethnicity, spoken languages, physical details and the advertiser's own rates. Every one of those filters is built from what eligible listings actually contain, so a filter never returns a page that was constructed to catch a search phrase.

Why some fields are simply empty

When an advertiser has not supplied a detail, the listing shows nothing there. No estimate, no typical value, no filler sentence generated to make the page look complete. An empty field is a real answer: it tells you the advertiser did not state that, which is worth knowing and is a fair thing to ask about. A directory that fills its gaps automatically is a directory whose full fields cannot be trusted either.

What reviews mean here

Readers can leave a review on a listing without an account and without giving an email address — a display name, a rating out of five, and what they want to say. Every submission waits for moderation and stays invisible until it is approved. Approval means a person read it and found nothing disqualifying; it does not verify the events described, and it is not a score anybody can buy. The reviews page sets out the whole handling in detail.

Photographs and video pass separately

Approving a listing and approving its media are two different decisions. Images and clips are reviewed on their own, and video needs a further approval before it can appear outside the listing it belongs to. Clips that clear both gates collect at the public video index , grouped by advertiser and labelled with district; everything else stays private to the listing or stays unpublished.

What this site does not do

It does not arrange meetings, take bookings, process payments, hold deposits or act as an escrow. It does not verify that a person is who a listing says, that a photograph is current, or that anything offered is lawful where you happen to be. It does not sell position in search results, and it does not sell reviews. When you use a contact button you leave for the advertiser's own messaging service, and what happens next is between the two of you — which is why the page on checks before contact exists and is worth the five minutes.

Getting something changed

A person depicted in a listing can have it removed. A rights holder can have an image removed. An advertiser can have a factual error corrected, and a reader can dispute a review. All four go through the channels on the contact page , and all four are handled by people rather than by an automated queue.
