Getting listed, and what is required first

Advertise

Listings come from independent advertisers and agencies working in Hong Kong. This page sets out who can be listed, what every submission has to satisfy before it goes live, what a good listing contains, and what is never for sale here.

Who can be listed

Independent advertisers and agencies operating in Hong Kong. Every person depicted must be an adult and must have agreed to appear in this directory specifically — consent given to a photographer, an agency or another site is not consent to publication here. An agency submitting on somebody's behalf carries that obligation for each person it lists.

What every submission has to satisfy

  1. Adult age. Confirmed for every person depicted, in every photograph and every video, without exception and without negotiation.
  2. Consent to publish here. Specific, current, and withdrawable — a person who asks to be removed is removed.
  3. Rights to the media. The uploader must hold the rights to each image and clip. Material lifted from another site, another advertiser or a stock library fails this and gets the listing taken down.
  4. Accuracy at the time of submission. District, availability, languages, physical details and rates should describe what is actually offered.
  5. Compliance with the law that applies. Including the law of Hong Kong and anywhere else the advertiser is reachable.

How a submission becomes a public listing

Details and media arrive, then a person reads them. Text is checked against the requirements above; each image and clip is reviewed separately, because approving a listing and approving a video are different decisions with different consequences. A listing that clears review is published into its district and picks up the service tags it declared. Media that clears a second, stricter review becomes eligible for the public gallery at the site's video index . Anything unclear goes back with a question rather than through on the assumption it is fine.

What makes a listing perform, in practice

Readers arrive filtering by district, availability and service, then compare within a short list. The listings that convert well are specific where competitors are vague: a real district rather than the whole territory, honest incall or outcall availability, languages actually spoken, rates that match what is charged, and a description written as a person rather than a keyword list. Photographs that show what a reader will actually meet outperform heavily edited ones, and a short video outperforms both. Vagueness reads as evasion, and readers treat it that way.

What is not for sale

Placement in search results, ordering within a district, review scores and reader messages are not purchasable. Reviews are submitted by readers and moderated on their own merits, as the note on how reviews are handled describes; they are not an advertiser product and cannot be bought, removed on request or written to order.

Removal, suspension and second chances

A listing comes down for a rights complaint, a credible safety report, a serious accuracy problem or a breach of the warranties above. A first accuracy problem is usually a correction. A false statement about age, consent or rights is not, and ends the relationship. The full set of obligations sits in the terms that bind both sides .

Starting a listing

Write to the channels on the page that routes each kind of message and say which city and district you work in, whether you offer incall, outcall or both, and roughly how many people you are listing. Terms are agreed before anything is published. Never send money, identity documents or account passwords to someone who approaches you first claiming to sell placement.
